The Ambrosia Telly is a telly / TL style electric guitar crafted from some beautiful, Pennsylvania ambrosia maple. It is new, one-of-a-kind, and hand-made in the USA by Les Brers Guitars.
 
The body is a two-piece, with some gorgeous ambrosia figuring on the back and a blackguard on the front. The cool, natural look is complimented by Ascendas pickups that sound as much traditional as they can sound modern. Nice punch and bite yet VERY well-balanced.
 
"Behind the scenes" upgrades have been performed to ensure solid sound for years to come: Alpha pots, industry-leading PureTone output jack, and a Kaish three way switch have been used, all wired with cloth-sheathed vintage-type wire.
 
Perhaps most importantly, we've upgraded everything that touches strings: A genuine bone nut, bridge with individual bridge saddles, and Tone Ninja locking tuning machines create the feel of a much higher priced guitar--and one that stays in tune!
 
The neck is Canadian maple and is truss rod equipped. It is finished in our proprietary, 20 step, hand-rubbed oil finish which is both sleek and durable and feels good to play as well. Fingerboard radius is a comfy, vintage 9.5".
